Seasons (operated by Yash Malge) uses account, student profile, authorized school connection, verified mobile, consent, and service activity information to operate Student Assistant, reminders, and the Family Command Center.
Parents or guardians provide consent through registration and verify the mobile number before reminders are enabled. Messages may include verification codes, homework and assignment reminders, test reminders, activity reminders, and packing checklists. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, START to resubscribe when eligible, or HELP for assistance.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information to service providers solely as needed to operate the service, such as hosting, security, authorized school integrations, and delivery of messages requested by the user. These providers may not use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Parents can disconnect school integrations, change notification settings, unsubscribe from SMS, and request account deletion.
When a parent accepts the Early Release Notice, we retain the accepted notice version and the server-recorded acceptance time with the family consent record.
